I do all the time. That's why I've decided sleep is a waste of time. I try to go to sleep only when I can no longer think. That's how you shut your brain up.

I totally understand! It's 2:20 and I'm up right now. Can't stop thinking about school and how cold it is outside. And Heroes. What a great show. Anyway, Dr Oz says that if you are tired, you shouldn't do anything stimulating. You should read a boring book and drink milk. Hope that helps.

Like every night I have this problem!! Ditto on the warm milk thing and I imagine myself doing yoga, going through all the poses in my head, quiets the mind, making it focus on just one thing. Sorry to hear about the ear infection, no fun, and doesn't help with the sleep thing either.

Elise - this is Aunt Cheryl I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this happens more and more as you get older - not that you are old but if you ask Lisa and even Lona they both say they are starting to experience this strange phenomenom that you are going thru. Grandma Leavitt will tell you that you just don't need as much rest as you get older. I can testify to that as well. It is miserable and most nights find me up sometime for at least 1/2 hr to a couple of hours wide awake as though my body just doesn't want to sleep.

SO where are you guys, no posts in quit a while. Your either really busy or you've been ignoring those of us who wont call but like to read.
